I just installed this app a couple of days ago. While I haven't had a chance to test it out, the customer support is excellent. Touqir who was assigned to help me was extremely patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. Even sent me a video for future reference for me to troubleshoot it on my own. Makes me more confident in using this product and someone will always be available to assist.

Strongly recommend to install this app! It makes my life so much easier when building an intricate website. Touqir and Randy from the support team are super helpful and have been providing fast turnaround solutions. Keep up the good work!! and if PageFly can improve to install more font selections and actually see it on the working site (for example, i installed optima to the site but though it's there, the font won't appear on the working site unless i publish the site. It's a bit of inconvenience on the front end, so hopefully Pagefly can come up with a solution soon.

Normally really great customer support. Today, however, it's rated a 1 star. Sami was not helpful at all and I needed his help. I had to keep asking him to reply and he took forever. People are busy, when we go to chat, we need immediate help. We don't have time to wait around.
