WOuld love this app to have the ability to charge return fees for ALL exchange reasons, but it only allows you to choose one, which doesn't make sense if you need to charge postage for any exchanges. YOu also can't charge return fees for Refunds as well as Exchanges - only one or the other. The interface is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and price point is good but without these features, I can't use the app.
Just started with this on two stores. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Would be nice if there were automations to obtain supplier return approval, automatically process returns and exchanges without human interventions, but this is pretty awesome for a free app and the customer service is fast, accurate and helpful.
This apps seems to do it all. Allows you to customize your returns and exchange options. It also has a built in shipping/returns policy. I contacted Parcel Panel Returns & Exchange at 9:30 pm, not sure what i was expecting, but was pleasantly surprised when Dee responded. I had a question about branding and Dee was very helpful, polite and awesome to chat with all while helping me quickly. The entire interaction was less than five minutes.
Turns out, not only is this a good app to use but their customer service is great too.
It's just perfect for now! I hope it continues this way. It's fast, efficient, very polite, and free! Don't keep searching; this is the right app :)

I really liked the app, which makes exchanges and returns a lot easier.
Easy enough to setup without support. Have contacted once around notifications and to remove branding and was dealt with quickly. So far, so good!
Easy set up and very fast response from support/cs chat box. Yes, it may be a bot but it's very accurate in responding to my specific question.
