Parcel Panel has been great to work with from start to finish. They answer our questions quickly and were very helpful in configuring it in our test and productions stores. I've only been using the app for a short time but set up was super easy with tons of great customizable options, including a toggle to enable customizations especially for drop shippers. This is really great just in case there are settings or customizations that you may overlook in setup. I'll need some time to be able analyze the customer experience, but so far so good. Also, super great customer service.
I like the app, especially the fact that it changes the statuses in the native shopify tracking which helps with various marketing apps.
