Great app, does exactly what it says. Easy to set up subscription plans of all sorts, all smooth. Great managing interface with several options. We used it with Narrative theme first then attempted to install on another premium theme however the installation was not as smooth as with Narrative so reached to their customer service team and I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in ages. Sergey who installed and integrated the app on the new theme was super quick (it took around 20-30 minutes all together with me explaining what the matter was). Extremely happy with it. Highly recommend if you are after an app for recurring payments/ subscriptions!
Building and managing a subscriber community takes a lot of organization and marketing effort. Using the PayWhirl app we grew our first 400 subscribers within a few months; managing groups has been our biggest task but PayWhirl is always releasing new features to make this easier. Direct customer support within the app is amongst the best on the Shopify platform.
My site is comprised primarily of consumable items, so the ability to enhance customer experience with a subscription service was a key attribute in my vision for the business from the beginning. PayWhirl offers the features I need to enhance my customer's experience by allowing different discount percentages and timeframes, and the change, pause, or cancel items on any subscription adds confidence for consumer and merchant alike. Most importantly, Sergey from PayWhirl has been immediately available to answer any question, smooth integration wrinkles, and generally be helpful in optimizing PayWhirl.

Great range of features, more than any other subscription app I've tried. Lots of room for customization, and customer service is dangerously helpful.
I love the guys at Paywhirl. Their customer service is excellent. They are super quick to respond and very happy and fast to help out. We have been looking at many different apps and checking which apps would work together well and had a lot of questions for these guys. They have been super throughout this whole process. I would give half a star less for the app functionalities however, as there is no option to charge VAT to customers even when on product level the box charge VAT is checked. We have to do a manual workaround so if this could be incorporated it is absolute perfection..

Where do I start, Sergey has saved me more than once! First I had mistakenly gone live before setting up my reoccurring subscriptions and PayWhirl has made that so easy. In regards to setting it up correctly, not just once but twice (when I changed themes) is where Sergey really came to my rescue. My shop was live and the anxiety was building, I spent about an hour with Shopify customer service when I realized they were not understanding what I needed, telling me to post a note to my clients at checkout. I messaged Sergey and within 2 mins it was set up correctly.
