I used this app to add Beer Subscription Boxes to my brewery's webstore with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription options. I was able to set-up and integrate the app into the store by myself, with the help of their installation guide, very easily. I had one problem with a link on the subscriptions dashboard not appearing properly. After messaging on the app's chat function, someone addressed and fixed the issue in a matter of hours. I was surprised because I run a purchased theme that is not in the list of themes the app expressly supports and expected to be directed to a "shopify expert". The integration looks very slick from a customer's view point and the back end is very intuitive. The only function I would add, is to give the subscriber the option of choosing the start date of their subscription. For example, if someone purchases a subscription for someone else as a Christmas gift in November, an option to post-date the first order until December 20th would be helpful.

PayWhirl has a really good user interface and the support is amazing. The support team helped me to get this project over the line which I am extremely grateful for. For this project we looked at the top 3 subscription apps and these guys were the best.

So far so good! Installation with the "Prestige" theme was a little tricky, but they were quick to help and everything is working perfectly. Thank you guys!

The app somehow does what it has to do, anyhow, once you deinstall it it leaves massive code in your shop. and that didnt make us happy at all.

This app can cost your company time and money. Are experienced web development team installed the app as instructed by the videos. And nothing works! So we deleted the app and contacted customer service and never heard back. We have documented everything.

I was excited to try this app, only to find out that it does not support payment plan integration with Shopify. Please update your description. Maybe it will offer that service again in the future. Until then, I had to go with a different app.

Hey there, I think there must have been some confusion because PayWhirl does offer the ability to create payment plans if you'd like to have customers pay for an item with several payments. When it says Free Plan Available, there should be a free plan available. Not this: Thank you for installing PayWhirl! You can use all the features for free for 14 more days. After that, you can continue running test subscriptions for as long as you need, but in order to process live payments you’ll need to purchase a plan
