I have been using this app for about close to a year and it has worked wonderfully. It did take me awhile to understand how the app works but it's functions are so complete that I'd recommend to anyone running an online store. Josh (and his partner) from Alpaca has been absolutely fantastic in supporting us from day 1. They were quick to understand our challenges and needs, and patiently helped us through every step. I'd this app is worth paying for. Learn it, use it and let it take you further.

When we started to try the App, I was a little worried because I thought the all 5 stars reviews were maybe fake, and there is not so many tutorials videos compare to other apps so maybe we could be lost. But now I can confirm that the App works very well and is easy to manage after you configure it properly. And the support was incredibly quick, efficient and very kind. Great experience using the Alpaca app! We had a little bit of a learning curve since we only offer online orders for curbside pickup, but Ryan was able to help us work through any issues and tailor the App to work properly for our store. Highly recommend the App and their customer service has been above and beyond.

Hands down the BEST App for my store! It has all the features I needed. Easily customizable and has never had any issues functioning correctly! The support team is always super quick, friendly and efficient! P.S. Looking forward to a more elaborate shipping feature as at the time I checked it out it was based on flat rate shipping rates, which for me it didn't work.

Great app. We tested about 4-5 pickup delivery apps and finally decided on Alpaca. We love the UI and the flexibility it gave us despite our very complicated operational requirements. Though there were a couple of hiccups here and there, the support given was great! We even had a few calls with the team (we spoke to Ryan & Joshua) and they were extremely patient in listening to our requirements and recommending the best way forward. Keep up the great work!

This app was my lifesaver after trying 5+ pick up apps. The support was extremely efficient and so helpful- they went above and beyond. This app provides everything we need and has great customization for non-developers to modify. Would rate this app high above the rest!
