I am exploring Pinterest as a new sales channel, but have had trouble getting verified due to Pinterest's merchant guidelines. They are a bit tricky to navigate but am working to follow the guidelines fully so that I can get my Pinterest store up and running.
im confused on the setup and conversion of pinterest and shopify and facebook, and im unsure as to what my ads are paying for or even how to stop them once theyve started

I used this app to start advertising on pinterest. The only thing that I am having an issue with is dealing with the following. Merchant account not approved Your merchant account was not approved because: your website URL is either not loading, incomplete or showing errors. Review Pinterest Merchant Guidelines for more information and how you can get your products on Pinterest in the future.
Thought as I downloaded the app I would learn more about how this works. Didn't like how I load the app and a button to accept billing appears. Billing for what specifically, how much, cost per click or sale, etc. So I clicked "Disconnect All".
It was easy to set up and was very helpful to my business. I also appreciate the directions given to me to make sure i did the right thing.

good - not hard to load or upload images into the app; instructions and interface pretty clear and looks like it worked first try
the app shows products which are not meant to be shown on pinterest (they are unticked for pinterest) additionally they are hidden behind a password protected page on the shopify site. Why is pinterest accessing data it is not supposed to have access to and posting it on a different platform?
I up loaded my online store, without any issues, surprisingly, It was fast and efficient, I can't wait to where this journey goes, So I thought, apparently Pinterest is under the impression that my store is not registered and dose not meet the requirements when it dose! But I don't have the time to be sending them page by page of all my policy's, they made it difficult by sending me a promotion of $100.00 for free ads on them, So it's whatever they can keep it haha!
