After struggling to find an a comprehensive analytics software that gave all the key metrics we needed, including subscription analytics, we found Polar and we have never looked back. We now have access to all the information we require. David and the team are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist, I could not recommend Polar enough.

Polar est une appli vraiment intéressante. Ce qui fait son point fort, c'est la personnalisation. Polar permet de créer des dashboards et des KPI spécifique très facilement. De plus, leur SAV est très réactif et directement sur slack.
Logiciel très intuitif et agréable à utiliser tous les jours. L'équipe support nous forme quotidiennement et se rend toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. En plus, ce logiciel ne cesse d'évoluer avec de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Je le recommande vivement !

This is a very robust analytics platform that plays with Shopify VERY well. I have integrated Tik Tok ads, Pinterest ads and Snapchat ads seamlessly which most platforms don't offer. The customer service is top notch as well and they are always willing to work on further integrations if they don't already offer it!
I love how Polar Analytics allows us to get daily updates and analytics from all of our channels in one streamlined platform and where we work daily, on Slack.
