Best analytics tool I've ever used. I'm managing several Shopify stores, and Polar is the perfect tool to keep all my data in one place. The support team is not only super responsive and helpful, but even helping us with setting up dashboards tailored to our needs. The onboarding calls have greatly helped all team members to get up to speed with the tool, which anyways has a great and easy-to-understand UI.

Highly recommended if you're managing one or more Shopify stores and ad accounts!

I have tried many connectors and data tools - such as Klipfolio, Supermetrics, Power My Analytics, GDS, ... - and for our Shopify stores this is by far the best and easiest way to collect data and get insights. Polar Analytics include very powerful dashboards and KPIs with amazing flexibility. We also use Google Data Studio for channel data and attribution models. But Polar is best for custom reports and daily KPI monitoring. Easy for anyone in the organisation to use, and yet powerful enough to satisfy the most data hungry person as well. Call me a big fan!

Excellent app and phenomenal service... we have researched loads of analytics apps to get a view of our multi-shopify store environment.. this works by far the best and allows us to stay on top of our numbers constantly... they also have a great on-demand customer success team... and Abby has been terrific to help us maximise our use of the app... this is a critical part of our infrastructure

We are an e-commerce startup and do not have resources to build a BI from scratch.

I found Polar in the App store and all it took to get a full BI was to connect the data sources via few clicks.

We wanted to add CAC per country, which was not in Polar, so I reached out to the customer support. I was invited to a call with Abby and Charbel and they figured out a way to do it right on the call. This is why I am writing this review, since they they really went above a beyond to solve our use case.

A very useful tool to consolidate marketing metrics reporting, and the support is exceptional and always so quick.

I use Polar Analytics for 6 month now and it's really helpful to track data daily and make reports. The team is always there if I have a question or need explanation on something. Moreover, the tool evolve very often with new metrics, more customization in order to meet all customers need. If you need a reliable tool for data, try this one.
