Polar Analytics

We were looking for a solution to build our new internal dashboards. We were previously using a 100% GoogleSheets solution, which had the advantage of being 100% customized for us, but was way too slow and manual, not scalable.
We've tried Polar and were convinced in a matter of weeks. Everything we were looking for was possible with this solution.
Also, when we make feature requests, we are listened and heard. One request we had made was implemented within a month!

Polar analytics is intuitive and easy to use for all of our data need, especially when comes to ecommerce / DTC related metrics, not to mention the team is incredibly helpful and responsive to all the queries.

Great experience to use it and very straight forward as data driven for all eCommerce store. You can reach them from time to time and won't feel bored as you will see the value with them.

We are using Polar quite some time now and it keeps getting better and better. Super easy to use, show all the relevant metrics and the biggest advantages are the manual input and the custom metrics.

We are integrated to Multiple Shopify Stores, Google, Microsoft, Criteo, Facebook, Amazon Seller, Amazon Ads, and Klaviyo, and Polar gives us the best analytics feedback from any system that we've used before. Their Custom Metrics and filters are also fantastic and easy to use. Pricing is fair, and very very good value for Customer Service. Excellent team over there in Paris, and always willing to help. Love it.

Polar Analytics has been incredibly helpful for reviewing our overall performance of our store. I've used all of the tools, Northbeam, Triple Whale, Whatagraph, etc., but there's just something special about Polar Analytics that these tools miss.

Polar Analytics does a really great job of summarizing overall performance and communicating that quickly. While allowing you to easily segment across different countries and product lines. I can quickly determine how much we're spending across each segment to help optimize performance. The platform has been super helpful for creating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports for our senior team.

The team is super quick with adding new updates, and I love how I have the ability to create custom reports. Super nice touch starting with their AI to generate the report that I can then finesse into the final version. Super cool!!! Nobody is doing that.

I use Polar Analytics for 6 month now and it's really helpful to track data daily and make reports. The team is always there if I have a question or need explanation on something. Moreover, the tool evolve very often with new metrics, more customization in order to meet all customers need. If you need a reliable tool for data, try this one.

I've tried lots of Analytics tools and this is the one we've settled on. It surfaces all the critical information you need to see every day and the customs report feature is great. Support is also excellent. Highly recommended
