I have used this app for a little over a week. The app is fairly easy to understand. Something that I really LOVE is their customer support team is AMAZING and always there to help. If you have a question, they go out of their way to help. In fact, one of the employees stayed after hours to help me via phone. Highly recommend.
The app was super easy to install and get started. Setting up keywords for customers to send back to choose their own adventure make it feel real and not a robot. Abandon cart triggers are a HUGE win. And if keywords aren't enough you can get personal, responding directly to them through the postscript app!
I love how easy it is to setup. It took me a total of 5 minutes get it up and running. The popup looks great as well.
Postscript has been great so far! Their live support chat is very useful and Zev has been awesome helping me out with any questions that I may have!

I have tries so many apps and left frustrated each time. This was the first time my questions got answers direct and to the point. Taylor was patient and kind. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Sandy. She was amazing and went above and beyond. Very thankful
Their chat support is A++. I was able to get help relatively quickly, and they answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Got help especailly from Kyler and she has been super helpful! All I can ask for is a mobile app so we can check notifcations and answer people quickly but other than that this app is great
