Every Shopify store owner should be using Postscript. I'm a new store owner and have tried many different sms/mms apps trying to find the best one. Some took percentages of sales, others claimed to do things that simply weren't true.

They are always adding new features and will actually take your feedback and add it to the program if it will help all postscript users.

Postscript solves all of our issues for an automated 2-way SMS solution. Not only is it an intuitive setup, but they have plenty of tools (abandoned cart, shipping tracking) and integrations (Recharge, Klaviyo, Gorgias) that make this a seamless solution for us. And their support is SO HELPFUL, especially Zev. They'll get you set-up with all of the SMS best practice tips and tricks.

Love this App. Recently switched from sms bump because the integration is a lot smoother and easier UI. Customer support was very helpful in helping me create keywords and integrating my popup.

Very impressed with Postscript thus far. It's extremely user friendly but the functionality is much better then what I've seen with the competitors. Also, the customer service is seriously some of the best I've ever seen. We're using SMS for a unique use case and the customer support was out of this world in helping us figure out how to properly implement. I cannot recommend Postscript enough and really looking forward to using it more and more as it's already having a very positive impact on our business.
