My request this time was to customize a very specific part of the app into Japanese. Many app support teams might have refused, claiming that the default display settings couldn’t be changed, but POWR Support handled it with care. Not only is the app functional, but it also demonstrates a commitment to integrity

Absolutely loved the experience with the POWR! Our first time using it, we reached out through their live chat feature, and Richard M. responded in just a minute. He was incredibly attentive and helpful. Not only did he quickly answer the questions, but he also went the extra mile and show us how to create a liquid code through a video demonstration.

Totally recommend this if you need an easy way to add comments to your site.

It's okay but really glitchy and labour intensive... do I really need to save and republish every time I want to like or respond to a comment? It's not the most efficient tool. Also links can be really glitchy, sometimes they work, sometimes I have to republish. The dashboard is not intuitive and assumes you understand their language ie who would have known I would have to create another "app" when all I am doing is wanting to add another comments thread to a page. The online self-serve support is lacking. When I have reached out for support I just get the use a different browser, clear your cache response... which doesn't sort out the problem. Overall pretty poor tool and wouldn't recommend.
