Love this app, I made a form on a page of a new product that is coming soon, it has not been officially released yet so my form lets customers enter their name, email and we will contact them when the product is in stock and available. That is great because now I have a long list of people with their email addresses that want to know it's arrived, great app and so many possibilities, endless amount of things you could do with this. Easy to use! Thanks....
I bought the PRO version, online customer support does not exist.
Installed on shopify, it is very slow to open, impossible to use it.
Money thrown away.

This was super easy to set up and it works great for me to collect information on prospective wholesale customers.
I've only just started using it but so far it is great! I'm not an IT person and found it simple, easy to understand and achieved exactly what I wanted. I had downloaded and tried 3 other apps first and ended up deleting them all when I found this one! Highly recommend.

The app is good, I only have a some problems, it takes long time to load, and people can't see it sometimes, in addition gmail reads these messages like spam and sometimes google chrome send us an error.
So Far so good with this app, it has helped me with creating a form so my clients can fill out for my custom diet and training program.
Love it! Staff are quick to reply. The form is great!
