Form Builder app is among the best and easiest to use out there! Building and design were quick, easy, and intuitive. This is a very well designed product with lots of great features. Can't wait to see how customers love it!
I use this app at another store i take care and it is amazing in every way! You can change colors, position, multiple ways of making the form and it is really good. Whats I feared the most was if it was paid, but no 100% free! Thanks
I liked what I saw for the features of this app and checked out the page before installing. NOWHERE did I see that this app had any other paid plans available. Only after installing and trying to create my first form did I come to find out that any advanced feature that was listed as FREE on the app page, is actually part of the PAID plan. Feel like I was duped. Not a happy customer.
Great app, easy to use and great for anything form related. I would suggest to maybe consider more free fancy features in design.

Not Free - Do not pay for anything provided by POWr!!!
After you start using the app they will inform you that you only get 25 form submissions per month for free and it will cost $11.99 for up to 100. I proceeded and eventually found another app which was actually free and uninstalled this App.
After a while I realised this company was still billing me every month. To stop being billed I had to contact Shopify Support and undergo a week long process to stop being charged. When I asked for a refund for the time the app was uninstalled the developers said "As per our refund policy, we, unfortunately, cannot issue refunds".
Terrible company, I paid for the app for almost 2 years and they wouldn't refund the small amount for their impossible unsubscribe process.
I use POWR to add custom forms to my shopify site and I LOVE IT! Its so easy and the automations save me so much time!
We tried this app to make a contact form for my website and it worked really well. If only they lower the price a bit, it would be perfect!
