Great, affordable platform that I have used on both of my Shopify sites. Also use the countdown timer etc.
It is easy, robust and user-friendly software. Customer service from Tidio is excellent. CSS customization feature is helpful a lot hwen we design our web page and foem.
I built an application from scratch so that I could control the information requested. This platform was really user-friendly and I was done fairly quickly. All of the options were straight-forward and basically walked you through the entire process.
