We run a large motorcycle business in the UK and we were looking for a way to accept pre-orders on our Shopify platform, we installed what we considered to be the top 5 pre-order apps and after some considerable real-world testing found this one to be the most powerful and stable solution.
As with all apps occasionally you can have minor issues depending on what template you are using and we'd chosen quite a function-rich one, we had one issue and I have to say the support from Spur-IT was nothing short of amazing, they responded instantly and fixed the issue with 1 working day. I highly recommend this app and its developers.
Great app! Easy to install, and easy to use. I tried it out on some new releases and my customers loved it. I definitely recommend this app. It does exactly what it says it will do, and the dashboard gives me plenty of fine-tuning functionality so I can control the whole process. Great app, I tried to code a button for hours until I found this Free app which works perfectly & easily! Just make sure you also tick 'Allow customers to purchase this item when out of stock'. Highly reccommend as an easy add-on for your store :)
