This app confuses me (lots of power, multiple places to change things and you have to get the settings exactly right to get the desired outcome) but their chat support totally solves every question I have and they do it quickly. I'm probably not getting everything I could out of it but when I need it, it's handy.

This app is awesome! It allows me to begin monetizing my pre order sales. I had a small snag having my “add to cart” button match my theme when I first installed the app, and customer service was ON IT within just a few hours with a quick fix. Really love this app and their friendly and quick customer relations!

Chaire and Dhurga, great customer service support - super prompt & fast. Fixed the issue very quickly --> 5 stars on this Regarding app, UI is quite simple to use and functions seem quite straight forward. Pricing still seem a bit too high to be honest, for what is available in the app, however worth trying. Definitely useful to avoid missing on orders or support new product launches. Thanks,

A LIFESAVER FOR US, the standard Shopify Pre-Order is nice but we needed MANY more options and this fit perfectly.

Hello, I just install the app, and works really well. I had some issues setting things up, and customer service, they help me with everything, they were sending me emails after, asking if everything was working. Really happy so far.

The fact you can choose pre order by variant, is a huge plus for us. Although simple to set up, we managed to mess it up but the support has been second to none and was quickly installed perfectly, and one issue we had resolved within a few hours.

Fuss free, great support, and means our customers are better informed about what they are ordering - win win! Can't recommend enough.
