expensive for what it does and too many pay to unlock features which should simply be included.
I had 1 qty of an item that was back in stock which sent out 600 sms notifications. I lost money on the sale. I will only use this until im back in stock to honor notifications to people that have signed up but will move on from this after. It's really an app for larger stores that make at least 1000 sales.

I'm just trying the app out and requested feature upate, and by the time I woke up the next morning, the feature had been added. Like, literally the ticket was closed out and a new feature appeared. Very impressed

Amazing support! Super easy to set-up app, but the support team jumped in the second I installed and made the experience super white glove and custom to my theme. Helped us get this new app live within one hour. Outstanding, highly recommended!

Shortly after we started using Notify on our Shopify store to handle our pre-orders, we encountered a compatibility issue with another one of our installed apps. The Notify team was quick to respond, providing a fix through the app's built-in chat service. Their technical skill was matched by their excellent customer service, attentive and friendly in every interaction.

While we've only been using Notify for a short time, the customer service we've received has been impressive.
