I had a fantastic experience with the Notify app! Their customer service 'Nareh' was exceptional—prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They resolved my issue super fast and did it all remotely, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and effective solutions!

Doesn't work all the time. I get numerous complaints that they (the customer) never received a text or an email and now the Notify Me button stopped working. I was told by the Notify me app that in order for the app to work properly it needs to be babysat every week and then they need notification that it isn't working. I can accept that if it was a free app, but not for $70 a month. In addition, I had to reach out to Shopify Billing as they charged me over $100 in unauthorized fees!
I have been using this app for over a year and I'm very happy with it - does exactly what it says it will, is non obtrusive, and auto-notifies the customer when I mark the item back in stock. I recently redesigned my web site and had a minor alignment issue with the module on my product page. I contacted support and Nareh literally fixed the issue within a couple minutes. I'm super impressed and would recommend this to anyone looking for this functionality. One of most straightforward easy to use apps on my store.
I am new to this app, but so far, everything seems great! It's exactly what I was looking for. Customer service has been super helpful answering all of my questions, too. I'm looking forward to seeing is it increases sale - I think it will! Thank you, Notify!!
It's been really easy to use, very easy for our customers to navigate as well. Customer service is FAST and always able to help us quickly. Each time we update our web template, they make sure their link works seamlessly without issue and usually under 5 minutes!
