quick reply, sorted everything out, fantastic service. App works perfectly but again i need to say the service was just brilliant.
I used to have a free Klaviyo waitlist connection that stopped working so I downloaded this and it took 5 minutes to setup and works well! The support staff responded within 10 mins of my initial outreach and worked very quickly to answer my questions about customizing the widget. Would highly recommend!

I have been needing some sort of notification app for my items and this is just right. Customer service was beyond helpful and got to check my store and widgets within minutes after I installed it. Overall I have had a great experience thus far.
A bit difficult to nav at first but the CS is really good and responsive to help. This was all set now and all seems to be working fine.

I'm new to the app, but so far love the functionality. Customer Service was amazing at getting me set up when I encountered some issues with the theme I had installed.
This startup team is amazing to say the least. I was up at 1AM EST working on my site, got to try the Notify Me and Pre-order button, and guess what, a real web dev was on the chat with me to make sure that the location of my newly added Notify Me button was right where I needed it. And that's not all, she, Hasti, even made sure to fix a bug that occurred along the way of adjusting the button on my Home and Product pages. Just wow. This is what "knowing your customers' needs before they even discover they have such needs" looks like! Go Notify!
