I had a specific request regarding the PreOrder Wolf app for my store, and Eva from the support team handled it wonderfully! I wanted to change the default message that appeared when customers added a pre-order product to their cart. Instead of the generic "Type: Preorder" message, I wanted a more detailed and personalized message in Spanish, letting customers know when their entire order would be shipped if it included pre-order products.
Eva responded promptly to my query and worked closely with the team to make the necessary changes. She kept me updated and reassured me that the team was working on my request. Soon after, I received an email confirming that the update had been made. When I checked the app, the new message was exactly as I had requested

We have only just installed and will need to look at the different options within the app but Support was fast with helping us set it up. Our test seems to be in working order so we are looking forward to trying out some of the features.

My customers were only seeing the “Buy it Now” button instead, which was causing confusion when it came to pre-order items. I sent a quick message to support, and within no time, Eva from the support team responded.
After investigating the issue, Eva promptly fixed the problem and kept me updated throughout. There was a minor hiccup when the button still didn’t display correctly the first time, but Eva reassured me and worked quickly to resolve it. Within a short time, the pre-order button was back up and running!
