Highly recommended. It's great app to show pre-order! Easy to use and great support. My shop is in another language than english and there was no problem to get help to set it up according to my language.

I recently installed the PreOrder Wolf app to set up preorders on my online shop, but at first, I couldn’t see any “Pre-order” label on the test product I created. I reached out to support for help, and Eva responded quickly. She informed me that I hadn’t enabled the app extension needed for the preorder button to display.

To make it easy, Eva included a helpful screen recording that guided me through the activation steps, which I appreciated. After following her instructions, I checked my store and saw that the preorder function was working perfectly!

I’ve been working on setting up the PreOrder Wolf app for my client shop and while the app itself has been a great addition to our store, I ran into a small issue. In addition to the "Pre-order" button, I was seeing a "Shop Now with Shop Pay" option as well. This was problematic because for certain products that are exclusively available for pre-order, I didn’t want the Shop Pay button to show up.

I reached out to the PreOrder Wolf support team, and from the start, I was impressed with how quick and responsive they were. Eva, who assisted me throughout this process, was not only professional but also very proactive in addressing my concerns. Within a short time, she had completely resolved the issue by removing the Shop Pay button from all of our pre-order products.

I had a specific request regarding the PreOrder Wolf app for my store, and Eva from the support team handled it wonderfully! I wanted to change the default message that appeared when customers added a pre-order product to their cart. Instead of the generic "Type: Preorder" message, I wanted a more detailed and personalized message in Spanish, letting customers know when their entire order would be shipped if it included pre-order products.

Eva responded promptly to my query and worked closely with the team to make the necessary changes. She kept me updated and reassured me that the team was working on my request. Soon after, I received an email confirming that the update had been made. When I checked the app, the new message was exactly as I had requested
