These guys are literal scammers, and their app is messed up in so many ways.
They block you out from using the free version of the app to test things out. And the 14-day free trial is a lie. The moment you click on it, it says you have 0 days left in your free trial and need to subscribe for Premium.
I fell for it and subscribed for premium. Eventually, after I paid and my account was debited, I was still blocked out and told to pay another fee.
You also need to pay for emails as an additional cost of using the app, meanwhile, other apps in the same category give email for free as part of their premium.
I reached out to the support about all the issues I've listed above and they refused to do anything about for 2 weeks. They acted clueless like they weren't one that built the app.
One advice: Stay away from this app.

We’re very upset to read this review. We are certainly not scammers and our app functions well for thousands of merchants. We respectfully disagree with what you have written here.
The free plan that the app offers contains limited functionality. The 14 day free trial is certainly not a lie, it offers the features of the premium plan for the duration of the 14 days, after which you would need to subscribe. According to our records, your free trial started on July 5th and your first charge was on July 19th which fits the timeline of our 14 day trial.
We can see from your support ticket that there was a temporary server issue which had caused you to lose access, but this was restored within 15 minutes. We’re unclear on what fee you are referring to here, our records only show one subscription fee on your account.
The cost that you are referring to for customized emails is an add-on that goes beyond the standard checkout email that shopify provides. This is purely optional and is not required for the main feature set provided by our premium plan.
We cannot find a recent record of the interaction with our support team that you are describing. According to our records, the last support ticket was from 2 months ago and all of the issues were resolved during the chat.

Amazing app! I had a little issue with the pre-order badge disappearing on my theme, and Josh was so helpful in quickly getting it fixed up. I recently upgraded to the premium edition of the app and find it amazing seeing my store opposite a lot of pre-orders.

UPDATE: changing my review from 1-3 stars. Within a short period of time of posting my original review, I received an email from support offering help on their day off. We went back and forth and the support agent was helpful, but there is still some things that will keep me looking for a better app, especially at this price. If it worked flawlessly I would have no issue with the price.
The buy buttons flash between “Add to Cart” and “Pre-order”. I’m not sure why or how, but it’s confusing and doesn’t inspire confidence.
You can’t offer partial payments with a discount because the app does this by creating draft orders and using a 50% off “discount” on both. Shopify does not allow double discounting, so a coupon code and a discount would never work.
I’m using it now because I’m out of time and already lost 2 days of our presale, but I think it’s confusing to customers. I will continue to look for an app that doesn’t handle orders in the same manner so that we can get a discount and partial payments on the same order.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Doesn't work and support is unhelpful. This app is keeping me from launching my store at the moment, and while they have chat and email support listed everywhere, I've only gotten an email response with "help" that includes emailing me the same setup information on their website. Then, they ghosted me. Not very helpful.
It doesn't not synch reliably with Shopify - what I've synced within the app portal on my store doesn't reflect the same information on the product page. On the website the buy bar flashes between "add to cart" and "pre-order" which is pretty janky.

The issue with the buy buttons flashing between “add to cart” and “pre-order” is related to the order of operations in how a webpage loads – basically, the native Shopify theme elements will load first, then the elements associated with our app will override them. There can be a delay before this override occurs, which is why you saw the buttons flash between the two options. But after this delay, the webpage will show the correct option.
We agree that the interaction between partial payments and discounts is confusing. This is related to an internal change that was made in order to support automatic payments for partially paid orders in our app. We are escalating this with our developers to investigate a better solution and we will proactively keep you updated as this effort progresses.

The app's functionality is not compatible with my theme, and they didn't specify the themes they are designed to work with. It has been two weeks since I first encountered the functionality issue, experienced poor response times, and feel like money was wasted on it
