This is by far the most comprehensive pre order app I tested pre launch. The support was amazing and these guys really did take an interest in my project and my needs - including my future ones which they will keep me updated on. They were prompt with their replies to my questions and open to feedback to help make their product work for me. True partners thanks team! *UPDATED* Some 9 months on and the guys are responsive as ever whenever I have an issue (which is rare!) and always make sure I'm satisfied with the service. We used this app to allow our store to put items on pre-order. This app was very easy to use and did exactly what I needed it to. We ran into a coding issue that was effecting our website functionality after install and usage of the app. After reaching out to the developers they adjusted and fixed what was necessary very quickly (and that was even over the holidays!). Thank you guys for this app and your assistance.
