So once the notification addition came out my company wanted to utilize it. We spend a lot of time on our own trying to get it to work but couldn't (so if anything that's a downside) I then talked to customer support and Jorge w
as incredible. This man is so patient throughout the whole process walking me through things multiple times over multiple days. I would leave the conversation midway through some days to take care of work fires, but when i came back Jorge was there ready to pick back up where we left off. Jorge gets 10/5 stars he's that amazing.

The app worked very well and the support service was excellent. I had a billing issue and the service department (Nicoz) dealth with it swiftly and were very helpful.

I wanted to start my business with little to know costs up front. This app has been amazing so far with the easy setup. Looking forward to my first pre order. its very user friendly and has worked without any glitches so far. And the free trial helps as well with cutting costs! I am a first time shopify user so that speaks to how easy the functions are.

Quite disappointed with this app. I loved it at the start but for the past 3 months it's been sending my customers emails that their order contained a preordered product when it doesn't. So it has created a lot of confusion. I have contacted support 4 times and then I don't receive a response and they close the ticket. I then have to open another ticket and the same issue happened. Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative application as I am not getting help to solve the issue.

We ran into some delayed inventory due to COVID which caused a lot of out of stock issues right before BFCM. We we able to install this app and save thousands of dollars of sales that we would have otherwise lost. There are a couple of set up items that you have to make sure are correct, but the support team was very helpful and the issues were resolved quickly. Great app!
