I like Printful but I'm considering testing out another drop shipping company. The fulfillment center wait time is too long. I have customers that placed orders over two weeks ago and still their order has not been fulfilled. The worst part is customer support. You can not call and speak with a representative neither can you chat with anyone. Honestly that's bad business. I can tell this company scaled really fast but was not prepared. When a customer places an order on my site and has to wait over two weeks or up to a month to receive that order, that's bad business on my end and a high likelihood that the person will NOT be a repeat customer.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, we truly appreciate it!
Currently, we have quite steady fulfillment times, only in edge cases such as stock shortages or if the item doesn't pass our Quality Control, the fulfillment can take longer. We will do our best to advise you on each case specifically. You can see our fulfillment times here: https://www.printful.com/fulfillment-updates.
At this time, our standard phone support is not available. We're focusing on assisting customers via chat and email. Our chat support is available 24/7, we may turn off the chat to handle the incoming volume so you should try again later. You can also reach us at support@printful.com, our response times are about a day now.
In case you have any further questions please feel free to reach us at any time!

It’s so sad this App used make me a crazy amount of money, but now I’ve had to deal with so many refunds because fulfillment can go from 2 weeks min to a month not including the shipping which gives customers no hope. Of all the printing apps they are hit the worse by Covid 19 by far even with it settling down now.
Thank you for your review!
We're sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been great, but hope we can improve it moving forward.
Unfortunately, the global pandemic has also hit CA and NC, which is where we have two of our fulfillment locations and the government has issued the "Safer from Home" orders, which means that we've had to limit our production at these facilities and distribute incoming orders to our other (MX and EU) facilities, as well as look for backup facility options.
You can see our latest Covid-19 updates and fulfillment estimates here: https://www.printful.com/covid-19
The carriers we work with have also reported seeing delivery delays across the entire industry, as this global pandemic is affecting everyone.
We're doing the best we can to ensure that all of our customer orders still get fulfilled in a timely fashion and that every issue that's presented to us is quickly assessed and met with a solution, keeping the health of our employees, as well as our customer businesses in mind, we'll weather this crisis together!

Haven't even opened yet, but will be launching late now, because of a 20% QA failure rate on printing samples. Discolored tees, poor ink distribution, their in-house designers making unnecessary changes that look like sh!t without approval
Customer service has been pretty sh!tty, too -- the chat pop-up only appears on the site sometimes. Emails? Had to follow up over and over. When I called, I could barely hear dude because of his sh!tty headset flooding with background noise.
The reason for such a poor rate? They've been busy so their internal QA hasn't been checking as closely . . . like WHAT. Don't make that my f_cking problem.
This gets fixed this week or I'll be finding another printer stat.
The nice thing about Printful is that it's pretty automated and easy to add designs. However, the prices are VERY high so the margins are VERY low. Two days ago I found a place locally where I can literally make DOUBLE the profit (or at least get very close) with higher quality material AND they'll ship.
I had a sweater that I ordered 8 days ago that was supposed to go to an influencer with 419,000 followers, but since it hasn't even been shipped yet (8 days and still waiting) he will not get it in time.
Printful integrates well, but if you can't make much money, then you better sell some serious volume.
I'm having a terrible time with the integration of printful and shopify with my own domain. Been charged for 4 months I think now and still no shop up and happening. I can't honestly recommend it as yet.

All was well, I got all my stuff mocked up and put up easily but it gets 2 stars because when I ordered a sample of my shirt I saw how insanely cheap the shirts are for the price. The stuff is already expensive and for it to be cheap?!? It was a black shirt that was so thin you could see through it. Thank gawd I got it before I started marketing I would have been embarrassed to be sending something that low quality for that price to anybody
The best advice: order sample product. I ordered four samples, a T shirt, two kinds of sweatshirts, and a mug. Of those, only *one* was to a decent standard. The mug had a misaligned/blurry print. The T-shirt had color bleed thru, because they don't use a white undercoat for dark colors. The Sweatshirt was the same (on black), and the print itself was blurry as heck in places. Customer service was wishy-washy, and only after repeated attempts was it suggested that "we might be able to do better". Other suppliers are not nearly as problematic, though, not all product through all suppliers are created equal. So, again, order test product!!!
Ultimately, they refunded the purchase for the three screwed up items, but I can't in good conscience use or recommend them.
No consistency in throw pillow color with the print file I send. Colors always come out completely different. Stitching is already loose in some of the samples I just ordered. It's a shame because I really like the pillows. I won't be ordering from here again.
It is easy to use and upload products to your shop, however their range of products is incredibly limited, especially in comparison to other t-shirt printing apps. It means my range of products is also very limited, when I would love to add tops and sweaters that aren't just standard t-shirt shape. So, I am rating Printful a 2 out of 5 until they add more products from which to choose. For example it'd be great to have better crop tops, muscle tees with the rolled up sleeves, off-the-shoulder tops, more long sleeve options, especially for women (as there are currently hardly any), and more tank tops. More items from the Bella + Canvas range would be great as I checked their website and they have some really attractive apparel to choose from. It would be brilliant to have some tie-dye tee options too like they have on Zazzle. And there are no organic or eco-friendly options and that would be something else I would like to add to my shop
When it works the way it's supposed to, it's fantastic. Unfortunately it is unreliable.
Multiple times I've had orders that have made it through part of the fulfillment only to get lost. When this has happened, I've had to contact customer service to check on the existing item. Sometimes that fix it immediately, other times they tell me there's no issue and it takes several times to contact them. Not worth the hassle of inconsistent fulfillment.
Thank you for your review!
We're truly sorry to see you've encountered these concerns with our services and I wanted to let you know that we truly appreciate your feedback, as this allows us to improve the quality of the services we offer.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. You can open up the order in your Printful Dashboard to see its current status and whether it's been shipped.
This does not happen frequently, but sometimes orders can go missing in transit. If this happens, we are happy to issue a refund or a reshipment of the order, you can see more on this in our Return Policy here: https://www.printful.com/policies/returns
Feel free to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, if you have any additional questions or concerns, we'd certainly love to hear from you!
