its now saying one of my products is discontinued and there is no method of changing or altering it. most of the links dont work and individual products keep breaking. who build this back end?

They are to big. Support picks up just fine but if you have an issue it turns over to email which as they said "Quick Reply... 24 - 48 Hours".

So if an issue need back and forth response it turns into days. Meanwhile your customer is waiting and sometimes you have to cancel.

Not good for business. Meanwhile your kinda stuck.

I linked my store with Printful and now I can't gain acesss to the Printful account... I'm logged into Shopify and see all my Pintful products however when I try to edit them on Printful it redirects me to a Printful login page.. When I login using my Shopify email I'm met with an empty account with no stores and products... when I try to link this to my Shopify it tells me to download the app ...

Customer service is absolutely frustrating and non-helpful at all when you really need help with trying to disconnect an old, inactive store without any orders or payment info stored and connect a new one. I haven't had such a frustrating process with customer 'support' for a long time and it's still not fixed.

Their customer support SUCKS now. It used to be great, but they shut down the phone number and their chat support is only weekdays during work hours now. I'm having an issue adding products and the fix they gave me would've deleted ALL of my hundreds of items, but they neglected to tell me that part. The app now actually makes it more difficult to access the Printful Dashboard. Where is the direct link button to go to the Printful web site? There is no access to ones templates as the app now opens at Shopify. It would be preferable to be able to go directly to one's templates rather than have to open a new product all the way through. It is appalling in its vague and pathetic instructions to using it. It says you can connect multiple stores but I tried connecting another shopify store (on a separate shopify account) and it was not possible.

And there's much more to dislike but I can't be bothered if you can't be bothering finding out what is obviously wrong for yourselves.

They have been great for years but just recently I was unable to log in to update a payment method. After weeks of back and forth with Printful Support, they could not fix the issue and I was losing money and orders.
