Very user friendly, even for novices like myself! Good prices, quality is what you you would expect at the prices you pay. Embroidery work is good and last, my experience with the DTG isn't great - Fades and cracks after not too long, but that said I haven't tried all of the suppliers so there's a fair chance that I was just unlucky. Overall, a great site and good for testing products for a low cost too.

Easy to use, tutorials are helpful. I wish it would allow you to create an image color variant for light and dark garment print. Otherwise, no complaints.
Prices are quite expensive but don’t mind too much as quality is good. Prices however aren’t too transparent which I appreciate vat and post varies but makes difficult to create our retail prices

I think all aspects of product information should be imported at once including sizes and colours, availability and shipping time frame. Any thing that relates to the product that should be known to the customer.
Products are good quality and I like Printful much better than Printify. Support is responsive and usually helpful. Its easy to resolve issues within the order process due to good customer support.
**HOWEVER**, if you are a legitimate business with a tax ID/resale license, there are a few additional, IMPERITIVE, steps that Printful does not prompt you to set up, or inform you about before you set up orders on your store.
First being tax exemption, they will charge you additional sales tax (in addition to shopify charging the customer sales tax) unless you submit your resale cert and have it approved PRIOR to the order. Otherwise you will be charged sales tax twice or more without any notification that the shopify payment does not cover your cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it.
Second being shipping charges. The live rate for shipping is not charged unless you do BOTH of the following; have shopify PLUS, AND set shipping section to live rates in the printful backend. Again, there is no notification that the shopify shipping fee does not cover your shipping cost. This is also not mentioned in the pricing section where you set your prices. Making it very easy to lose money with Printful unless you pore over every setting before implementing it.
Both of these things should be included in the onboarding process, and neither are. Due to these issues, we have overpayed for a staff order by quite a bit, and Printful was not interested in reimbursing us (even as a one-time courtesy) for this issue that resulted due to their poor onboarding process.
