The best overall print-on-demand company - their user interface for product management, image uploads, order tracking, and range of mockups that are easy to generate is MILES better than their competition.
Printful is easy to work with, I like it much
Anyone giving this service more than a star doesn't sell more than 2 shirts a month.
We spend about $4,000/month with Printful and they couldn't care less about us. Imagine if YOU had a customer paying you $4,000/month and you had a rough 100% markup like they do. About 15% of the orders have one issue or another.
Packages lost, that Printful has refused to replace, because they can't be bothered to submit a ticket with USPS. Designs printed on the wrong side of the garment. Holes in garments. Sending products to your customers from other shops, instead of yours and some of the things they've sent have been humiliating and we've had to explain to the customer how it wasn't one of our products. I could write an entire novel with all of the issues we've had.
I make a point to let them know about every single issue that they cause in hopes of their service eventually improving and they've BANNED us from their live chat, because there are so many mistakes made and they clearly don't want to hear about them.

While our prices may be a bit higher than other providers, our prices also reflect our 24/7 support, free clipart, designs, mockups and option to edit the designs with our generator.
We're thankful you are taking the time to report each mistake since we are constantly improving based on your feedback. We ship out thousands of orders each day from each of the facilities, so some errors can happen but we do take responsibility for them.

Hi! Name is Sergio, Owner of JMJCat3 Catholic Head Gear at www.jmjcat3.com. Printful is a great company and they are easy to deal with. I have not had any complaints from any of my customers and that is a HUGE plus for me and my from home ministry/business.

So far I've ordered multiple types of shirts and a pillow and so far everything has turned out fantastic! Great pricing, great service, and overall a great app.
Was a little intimidating starting but once I was able to navigate between my shopify and printful accounts, everything was a smooth process. Everything did not sync onto my printful account but I had all my designs prepared in advance. I would definitely recommend Printful. Only thing I wish was possible, the removal of Gildan hangtags and personal labels added to items. Maybe in the future.

- Friendly customer service.
- Printing quality is good. Most of my customer happy with the printing when they received the shirts.
- The tracking link (International shipment) they provided sometime not able to get a full tracking information until the destination of the shipment.
- Some of the size will out of stock sometime and affected the fulfilment date, but they are slowly improving on this issue.
- The respond speed of the customer service can be improve. Sometime fast, sometime have to wait for few days.
There's a small learning curve but honestly the app works great once you get it figured out. Highly recommend.
