High Quality printing with great customer service! Decent amount of options with garments, although with American Apparel going Bankrupt, I'd like to see a lot more tank options such as "Flow Tanks" and Crop Flow Tops. Overall, you guys Rock!

After talking with support, it looks like Shopify has changed something, so all orders now have to be "manually request fulfillment." This is used to request fulfillment to the printful automatically.

I was told I could update my Shopify settings to " Enable Automatically fulfill the order," but this would also do the same to all incoming orders we need to manage ourselves.

integration with shopify is beyond amazing! Printful nailed the sysmtem integration between them and the Shopify platform along with live shipping rates feeding directly from Printful into my shopify store. Amazingly Amazing!!!

I like what they are doing, HOWEVER I would love to see more BLACK and plus size models. That's my only concern here. I would like to see all races. When I was chatting with someone on printful all the could do was recommend me to go elsewhere to find people of color (THAT WAS THE TERMINOLOGY THAT WAS USED. smh. A little disappointed. A big change is need here. Thank you!

Cost - can't beat free Ease of use - probably the most intuitive site out there Customer Service - REALLY sub par. Slow to respond in chat. Rarely respond to email. Long waits on the phone. Have never offered any viable resolutions to my issues. Speed of printing and delivery - slower than molasses. If getting things to your customer on time is a priority, this is not your service. Since Covid has struck, they've been worse than usual - and there's no customer service help to be found regardless of what channels you try to contact them on. Accuracy of orders - maybe 85% of my orders are correct? And Printful has yet to offer resolution to orders that were printed or shipped incorrectly.

This is hands down the best Print On Demand app to be integrated with Shopify, and as a standalone service as well.

Easy to use, beautiful quality product, and integrates seamlessly with my store. The margin on these shirts is pretty small for the shop owner, but once you upload your shirt design there is very little work left to do. Great app!
