Awful print jobs, long ship time and no customer service. They also have a very antiquated app where you cannot populate your images to multiple products, you have to do it manually one by one. If you hit "back" it will take you completely out of the app and you will have to start over again and again. They also don't even offer photographic prints or basic print products. I recommend Printful as it has many print-on-demand produts you can use to create your products. I've created about 30+ products to date with Printful and will probably produce 30 more before I fianally open my shop.
Please note that I am a complete newbie and though I'm creating lots of POD with Printful, I still haven't opened my shop yet.
