I use Printful to help me produce T-shirts for my new business. The Shopify integration makes it so easy to use, seamlessly. I have also used their customer service when I encountered an issue with a product. The experience was exceptional! Great app overall.

this company is awesome and easy of use is great but need more products that can be designed in print not embroidery only for example base ball caps

While we currently can't offer the option to print designs on hats and other embroidery-only products due to fulfillment specifics, we'll make sure to pass your feedback along so we can keep it in mind when thinking about possible future updates!

I really love Printful ! It helps a lot on focusing on the creative part of the business when they take care of everything else (fulfilment/shipping) however, I tried to contact them and Shopify to have live shipping rates on my store, but my problem was never solved. I would really appreciate it if I can have that feature by paying extra fees. Looking forward, Thanks !

Thanks for your review, we're glad to hear you're enjoying our platform!

To be able to use live shipping rates on Shopify, you need to either use their Advanced plan or ask them to enable the live rates for you. Once done so, go to your Printful Dashboard > Settings > Stores > Shipping and enable the live rates check-box.

Your chat is always on auto pilot and that sucks and seems intergration with ebay and shopify not that easy get an error saying shop not available what does that mean ?
