I have not had any issues with this app or the supplier. They are very good at communicating any issues they are experiencing or see coming up. Adding products is easy. Shipping and pricing is a breeze. I like how they keep updating the options they have so that it is responsive and not a headache to work with.
Would like a few other options but good with what they have right now.

Great quality products and prints look great. Just not enough of the products I want to sell. Need more options for home goods. Such as, hand towels (Poly/cotton), dinner plates, serving utensils. Prices are a little high but they do have great print quality for the price.

finally a company that takes over the heavy work of starting a new business. too bad they don't have automatically fulfillment, only complaint I have !

Lately, they have been having issues with developing good products, some customers received bad printed products, shipping times are not as fast as they were, prices are expensive, I give them 4k per month and I don't get any kind of support from them, they haven't improved in any important aspect since months. I think if they keep treating customers like that they will keep losing them, but it's their business so. In my personal opinion a good company that is not taking care as they should.

Regarding prices, our catalog has a wide range of products and prices but please note that there are no hidden transaction fees for any of our orders and we extensively test all our products to ensure the best possible quality for the product and the print. Also, the prices reflect our 24/7 support, free cliparts, designs and option to edit the designs with our generator.
You also noted quality issues and shipping time. Please know that we are constantly working on making improvements in both areas and we sincerely apologize if there hasn't been much improvement for your orders specifically but you can definitely reach out to our support team in cases when orders take longer to deliver or there are quality concerns. Your reports help us work on changes in our system. We sincerely appreciate your patience!

Very disappointed with the service I have experienced with the coffee mugs. I have had too many issues with the printing of the cups and I have troubleshoot several times with your team and still my problem hasn't been resolved. I am discontinuing my business because every time I reach out to your company you all make excuses and make it my fault. I don't like that kind of customer service.
