The integration is great. Definitely upgrade your Shopify account to enable live rates but overall, this is an outstanding integration from top to bottom.

I have tried several POD apps.. it's always a good up, some have great products m, some of great customer service..
however with Printful, you get both...the best customer service out there... hands down!!
And the product quality seems great on everything as well
I have two apps for my Shopify store that I use for dropshipping. I only get t-shirts from Printful. The quality is absolutely amazing. But what keeps me coming back is the customer service. I love that they confirm the quality of the designs before printing and confirm that it will look as intended. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for my store.
