I've had great experiences with this app so far! Support is friendly and available. The program is very user friendly, especially since I am a beginner with this. It integrates really well with Shopify. Any updates made in the app immediately transfer to Shopify and my website. The design features are quick to figure out. There are a lot of options of different clothing styles. So far I have not run into any issues. The orders have been fulfilled quickly and my customers have been happy. Thank you!

Printful has the capacity to help me design my prints like no other platform I've come across! Their attention to detail and customer care are also very much on point!
I've only been using this for a few weeks in total, so far, but if I were to compare this to Amazon, as a Creator, this gets 6 stars & Amazon gets -1. Printful (in unison with Shopify) is a great help, blessing & adaptable platform, again, in comparison to Amazon, which sends you 2 email replies and that's it, they just rephrase their initial statement of demands and ghost you after that. Which is why I'm here. Though when I say that, its ironic that the "rate our App" banner wouldn't leave till I did & now I have to tick a box where I agree to "Terms of Service", when I do. Maybe this is heading in the same direction as Amazon? Hope not.

Very easy to add new products to your shop. The creation portion is very standard, making for easy to use. Still, if you want to develop high-quality merchandise, you will be putting some time into perfecting the sizing process.
