Great team with great customer support. the only reason for the missing half star is for the technical side in regards of the bulk duplicating and the possibility to save a print file broken apart as in its original format when created (and not merging it in one file)
I already submitted a review asking for a duplication feature and got taken in consideration and quickly made such feature available. now time to review the bulk duplication process...

Fantastic app. This is a real time saver when it comes to drop shipping.
Simple and very efficient. The app is great for who is starting in the dropshipping business. The prices are ok.
I use Printful for my print on demand Shopify store. The products I have selected to sell are excellent quality, the printing is stunning and their shipping times are fast. My customers are based in the US as well as Australia and New Zealand. I have tried a couple of other apps but none of them compare to the Printful app for ease of use and product selection.
It's a good app, but it's expensive and customer service is almost non existent.
I've been trying to resolve an issue with one of my products for 2 weeks now and in that time I've only managed to get a couple of emails out of them none of which really helped.
I also tried calling for days and every single time they are too busy to take a call which is something I've never experienced with any other service.
My customers are getting frustrated and so am I, and I'm probably just going to have to refund these orders because I have no idea when this issue will be resolved. So if you use this app just hope that you don't have any orders put on hold because it's gonna stay that way for a while.
Everything else is good, but good customer service is really essential so I can't give this a good rating.
