Great app. just wish they printed on sleeves

I love how easy the app is to use and understand. Also they have really good customer service reps.
While I enjoy using Printful for most of the apparel on my website and love that they keep adding more. One thing that is a huge red flag is the lack of great customer service. Anytime I "chat" with a rep; they're always very rude and not enthused about helping the customer solve an issue. I'm leaving this review after a one year observation because I'm not the one who goes around writing reviews for every issue but I felt like this review was needed. Work on your customer service because it sucks.

Printful is awesome! They are slightly more expensive than other POD companies but WELL and I mean WELL worth the extra cost! Our store is fully automated on their platform and looks/performs awesome!
The app connected seamlessly with Shopify, and is very intuitive and user friendly. They have a great selection of printable products with reasonable pricing. You can import designs or create your own in the app, which surprisingly has quite a lot of options for customization. Uploading to the store is quick and easy, and if you need to make edits to a design, it will update on your shop in real time. On top of all that, they handle all the order prep and drop shipping. I would definitely recommend Printful!
