Customer service is amazing but although my designs are loved, the products are good but are too expensive, I can't sell anything. I tried for over a year.

Wide-Leg Joggers for 38€ + digitalization + blablabla. It's good quality yes, but it's not Prada. Beyond expensive.

The app works okay, however it requires me to manually refresh the data in order for an order to be placed. If I miss that a customer ordered a printful item it never starts the order. If someone orders a printful item I would prefer it to automatically submit the order to printful and get production started.

Thank you for your review! Usually, orders from Shopify are automatically imported to Printful and you shouldn't have to refresh the store data every time. I like the app and the product but trying to upload artwork for products is very difficult and counterintuitive. I tried making a dad hat and using your mockups the whole process is very confusing and sent me in circles.

I enjoy the aspect of making products to sell and the designing portion of the site is excellent with a variety of products. The site is slow and often locks up and need to restart. Pricing section does not always accurately calculate the price and going back doesn’t help. I have to start over.
For products, larger sizes are not available such as 3x to 5x.
