Really impressed with the quality of products from The Printful. Their customer service is excellent. When someone is not available for an online chat it takes no more than 1 hour to get a response. If there is a problem, they fix it. Glad I found The Printful for my design fulfillment.

I had a very important question about their socks and all there is a a FAQ's. That's it. In the chat button it simply says ask a question but it just gives you a list of Q and A based on questions they think will be asked. Please list measurements for all your socks. As you know or maybe you don't know but there is an extreme lack of sizing in the entire industry on socks that fit men bigger than a size 10. I have tired them all from all POD companies and none fit my size elven foot without strain and pulling really hard or extra stretching in 5 different angle just to jimmy it onto my foot. I will be reasonable i give 4 stars until i can confirm how big the black foot sublimation socks are.

When you go to see the black foot sublimated socks in our Printful catalog (https://www.printful.com/custom/socks/personalized/black-foot-sublimated-socks), next to the sizing options you see a 'Size guide' feature. When you click on it, a pop-up shows you the exact measurements for this product for the US and EU market for both men and women -size XL is 12 - 14.5 for US men.

I used this app to help build my brand, i have used many print on demand services and in my personal opinion printful is the best.
Printful has become the worse print on demand I use. I have been having issue after issue with them.

We just started using this app, but so far I LOVE IT. Set up is easy. Production and shipping of the ordered products are pretty quick too. My favorite part is the updates they provide in production process (when the product is printed, going through quality inspection, being sorted and finally shipped). They have a pretty good select of items in their catalog although I hope they add more items such as stickers and tumblers.

really great service and very quick response.
Easy to use. Interface allows you to edit from within Shopify and Printful and import with ease. Support is A+++ left a message (after hours) they called back within 6 hours - rep was helpful, resourceful and pleasant. My problem was solved in minutes and everything else is gravy!!! Highly recommend.
