One of my fav apps so far, very easy to navigate but you do need some tech skills to move around and make your own decisions wisely. I recommend you watch some of their tutorials on YouTube, it really helps.

This may not be exactly about the app, per se. I used to use edit on printful a lot to make changes to my designs. Now it seems that the only thing I can do is look at orders.

Overall, I love the app. However, there needs to be some very detailed research into bringing more products into your catalog. Things such as a wider variety of colors for certain tees, tanks, and muscle shirts, two-sided outdoor flags, a wider variety of accessories, home and living products, etc. Also, the designer should be able to allow you to change the DPI settings manually, instead of the increasing or decreasing the designs by mouse.

They have excellent customer service. They always get back even when I send emails at 3:00 am. They also have great integration with shopify when you create products.
So far very easy! Leaving Wordpress for Shopify - Woocommerce doesn’t do it for me anymore.
