So far, I really like how shopify works real well with Printful. I'm still very new at this and I don't have a lot of sales and very little experience. But, so far, it has been incredibly fun designing t-shirts and the store looks great. I'm confident the sales will come once I have a great assortment of shirts for people to choose from.

Customer service is absolutely frustrating and non-helpful at all when you really need help with trying to disconnect an old, inactive store without any orders or payment info stored and connect a new one. I haven't had such a frustrating process with customer 'support' for a long time and it's still not fixed.

It's been about three years since I used Printful as a print-on-demand provider, and I simply love the quality of their products (so do my clients).
The support service was efficient when one of my orders had delivery issues, when I had questions about products, or when I needed to update data. The integration to Shopify makes it super easy to use. Setting up the store and products is super easy. Creating multiple versions of one product is fairly simple (though I wish there was a tool that saved me more time on this one).
