Printufl is so easy to use and simple, I use it to add our designs to printufl products.
it would be great if Shoes and Sneakers were also available for designers.

Absolutely the number 1 app for selling all around the world. Customer service is very fast responding.

I hate to give a bad review but I'm incredibly disappointed in their communication during covid-19. They could have easily sent email updates to let everyone know what's going on so we can communicate with our customers.
Instead, they just continue to extend the processing time with no notice at all, leaving you to figure it out on your own. My items have all been queue for over 30 days, which is past their current estimated processing time.
Covid aside, their quality is good 80% of the time. 2 out of 10 items come back with a bad print but you can have them fix it for free.

I used to love this app until I had a small problem a customer order a shirt and not receive anything even now they still haven't receive nothing and they had order back in July, I had to go out my way and find somebody to print a shirt and ship it myself. My problem is that in the middle of it all I could not reach nobody that could help me I have not gotten a email back I miss the old days where I can just call and the problem is solve in seconds well its been a fun while it last.

i would recomend printful for their ease of use and product customizations, but product availability is uncertain, products are frequently out of stock, that being said, they do restock in a reasonable time.
I am using Printful App (Free Version) in my store since last Three (3) months. Feature that I loved:
(ETD)
From a service standpoint, they offer estimated delivery (ETD) for each product that is pushed from their app and gets displayed on your site. This is very useful feature for the customers. App Integration:
Their App Integration with the Shopify Store is commendable. Its super easy to design and upload products into your store. My only suggestion to them would be to build a local syncing between product templates and the store products. If you change anything in template, it does not automatically gets pushed into the active listings on your store. One may have to delete and recreate the product each time a change is made in the Printful Product Template. Overall, their App is awesome and does what its meant to do.

As you mentioned as well, the product templates aren't connected to the products added to your store and making changes in one, won't affect the other. Product templates are a great tool to save the product and design if you would like to add the same product to different stores without the need to recreate them, downloading mockups and other features.
The support team is always quick to respond and help out.

I used this app to design products for my online store and it couldn't be more simple. 5 star all day!!
So far so good. I haven't actually generated any sales yet but hopefully today we'll get one!
Super easy integration, switched from wordpress w/ printful and wow this is just so easy. Would recommend to anyone.
