In your shipping price, I get too many times where it doesn't stop loading, I have to sign out just to get it to stop. then when I add a product it can take 30 + min for it to load why? I know It's not my computer It's brand new as of right now. It has to be your end. I don't want to have to go somewhere else, But can't keep paying you guys 25$ per month for this to cost me time.

This app appears to be very website friendly. It is easy to navigate through the sections and I do understand. The only way I am going to get more familiar with the app is to keep working in it and Printful makes it that way.

Just started using Printful as a 3rd party for my shop and WOW. I absolutely love the simplicity and how user friendly their software is. There prices are way better than it would be for me having to buy bulk orders and then manage inventory!

They have excellent customer service. They always get back even when I send emails at 3:00 am. They also have great integration with shopify when you create products.

overall it's been fine, but I keep getting customers telling me they can't purchase because thier address isn't accepted. It appears to be a printful issue somewhere.

However, I did not even know I had to agree to this until all products showed that they were out of stock... This is probably a Shopify issue, as
they don't always make things clear. Once I got the clarification on this, I went ahead and clicked the "update" button, so that part was very easy. Thanks for checking in...
