Printful: Print on Demand

I tried this company because I like the amazon link, but their mockup images for mugs only show 1 side (view) of the mug, so if the image is a wrap around or on the front or other side of the mug, it cannot be seen when listed/displayed on Amazon.com. A major flaw if you ask me. Their mugs are much higher priced than other companies doing print on demand mugs and their shipping is higher also, which I was willing to try because of the Amazon part, but with the above mention limitation, selling mugs on Amazon via Printful is a no-go.

Also their support department is very slow to respond, if at all.

Sorry, I wanted it to work, but it doesn't.

I purchased shoes, socks, jewelry, and hats for my online store. They have good looking designs, and they are made with good quality material.

This app helps my small business so much with the cheap production and free shipping. Ive sold over 20 orders already within the first few weeks!

Such a pain, the fulfillment process takes a while. They are real "Hold" happy, they place orders on hold and you have to do like many steps to get it released. Not too happy with the customer service either as they are not as helpful as they should be see how my business directly brings business to them. If there is a clothing app alternative someone please let me know. constant frustration with them and their lack of assistance.

What I thought was going to be complicated process turn out to be really quite easy. With some wonderful assistance from a great support person at Printful, my first (of many) T-Shirts is now posted and ready for sale. They were very patient with my many questions and I now have a great step by step process to list more shirts quickly and easily. Great support especially if you have never done this before.

Sketchy quality and inconsistent delivery. And they take zero responsibility for items that don't get delivered.
Plus, the app is super clunky. Awful.

I've been using Printful service for about a year now. I have used/using other services also however, Printful is one of the better POD services out there. The app is great relative to other apps in the same market, although it can improve. The quality of the print job is fantastic, and the turn-around meets my expectations. I consider myself a novice at this point, and I am sure there are a whole bunch of things I have not tried yet.

PRICES ARE A LIL BIT HIGH, IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE CHEAPER OPTIONS TO BUY PRODUCTS CUZ I´M WRITTING FROM MX AND THE PRICE + THE SHIPPING ITS SOMETHING

I use this app for my Shopify store KonaClothingCo.com for t-shirts, bags, and hats. It is very user friendly. It is easy to add products to the store and modify them. The mock up feature is great as well. So far so good!
