It is realtively straight forward to create products. However, it would be even betterif during the create process, you coul alter the design s for each colour so that you can make sure the design stands out on each colour. Sometimes the design looks great on bright colours and not dark and the other way round. For instance, changing the text colour to be lighter on dark colours and darker on light colours would be very useful.
Very high quality service. The only issues in my case are shipping time in Italy, too many days... and the creation of variants in the Design Editor can be better.

The current situation in the world still has greatly affected the shipping times, and while we see some improvements, some shipments can take a bit longer to be delivered as well. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're handed over to the carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity because carrier and postal operations are separate entities from our own. Incredibly slow shipping and processing. It took a week before they even started fulfilling my order. Products and varients constantly being discontinued. Reached out to staff and they told me that there was nothing they could do to mitigate this or fix it in the future. Too inconsistent to continue to use. Switching to TeeLaunch

Unfortunately, sometimes products may be discontinued due to stock availability from suppliers and low customer demand. We understand that it is not a pleasant situation for you and we try to notify you as early as possible if an item is going to be discontinued. Additionally, we look into options that could be as an alternative to the discontinued item and would be overall a better product for our customers.
Our fulfillment timeframe is 2-7 business days for apparel orders and 2-5 business days for non-apparel orders, but, of course, we’ll try to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time will depend on the selected shipping method during checkout. Since we offer various shipping options, the delivery times will also differ.

I really love how easy it is to get set up with the $ 5-a-month plan. I don't need bells and whistles. I just need something quick and easy. You can hook it up to all your socials.
Its awesome and has been easy to use. The pro version is even better allows for a lot more customization.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: I ordered from them twice for a total of 6 shirts. I was only satisfied with 1 of the shirts I ordered. I called and voiced my complaints but they didn't really help me. For example, I sent a tag design to be printed on a shirt, I mistakenly picked a shirt that did not have a removable tag so what they did was print it on the outside back of the shirt. Granted, Printful tells you that they will print on the outside if the shirt does not have a removable tag. But it's pretty lame that no one would think, "hmm. Maybe someone made a mistake and we should notify him before printing a tag with sizes and washing instructions on the outside of this shirt." But no, they printed it and sent it to me. When I tried talking to my personal "guru" that they assign you, he wasn't able to help me at all. No one was. It was basically my fault. Basically, you are treated like a consumer and if you're serious about running a business, that's not a good thing. You need a partner you can work with that will take responsibility for their mess ups and that's just not Printful.
Needs more items like jogger pants, bomber jackets, scarves and belts.

Over the past year or 2, I’ve tried to start my business all by myself. One one time I even bought a subscription to Shopify and connected it to Printful but didn’t really know what I was doing, then I reached out to the support teams they have available & now I’ve got my stores up and running & im adding products, all in less than a month, with the help of the team! They made it so simple, I wish I would have reached out to them forever ago!! Its been smooth sailing ever since & I’m in love with the platforms!!
