Like learning any new app, it takes a little bit of time to familiarize yourself with the various features. Once you know the app better it's a lot of fun and works so efficiently with other sites like Etsy and Shopify!

Absolutely the most unprofessional, and worst fulfillment service ever in existence. Literally have mis printed or messed up most orders costing me more money, losing customers, & make us look untrustworthy because of their lazy good for nothing team not caring how prints come out, taking way to long to fulfill even just one product. Printful is the saddest company Ive ever seen even make the attempt of being successful theyre so lazy and garbage I dont know how theyre allowed on here. I would never Recommend this app to anyone not even my worst enemy. You will only lose customers & lose money if you download this app I promise you they are so lucky I can't post pictures of everything here NOT A TRUSTED APP

Serious lack of customer service! When launching a tshirt printing company I assumed it was best to go with a larger company to allow less worry on my part on working out back end logistics with a smaller, local company. I was so wrong!

It wasn't uncommon for my customers to wait 2 weeks or more for a simple tshirt! When attempting to contact Printful for an update, it typically takes at least 24 hours for an email response, and don't bother trying to chat them through they're website, they're never on.

In addition, two of my customers received low quality/damaged products and Printful asked for clearer pictures of the damage. How does that sound...hey Mr. Customer the damaged product that you received, I'll need a clearer picture of the poor quality before I can reimburse you?!?! JUST TERRIBLE! One of my products was also returned to them and THEY provided the wrong return address and won't reimburse now that the package is lost in the mail with nowhere to go.

I have never been so surprised with customer service, it's like trying to deal with a bad telecommunications provider! I have since gone with a small local company who treats me much better and I also have the satisfaction of helping out another small business owner. AVOID THE PRINTFUL AT ALL COSTS!

I would definitely recommend this app to anybody and everybody. It's a great service that simplifies work for those aspiring to start a clothing brand and more. It's definitely fit for purpose.

Too long shipping time or sometimes nothing at all. First it was ok... but the longer you work with it the less the care.

expensive and very unreliable. After 4 days there is a message that the order cannot be carried out. Good that there are alternatives where it works very well

I'm using printful for create a print on demand products store, for improve my e-com skills, i find printful the best app on shopify for the on demand service, unluckily a lot of products are unavailable, this is the reason why i give them 4 stars, praying them to implement stocks, because the are the best but not yet due to this lack, and i'm not fine with that because i need to search somewhere else for pod service, hope you'll work on that good luck!

Sometimes a product is out of stock at our suppliers for a longer period of time. Usually, it's because the manufacturer has low quantities of the product, they're located further from us or the item has suddenly been discontinued.
However, let us assure you that our teams are always in close communication to ensure that we can again offer the products to our customers as soon as possible.
