Absolute trash. I added a few shirts to our store to give some apparel options. The very first order for a few tank tops remains unfulfilled after 4 weeks. Multiple emails to support didn't address anything and they refused to refund the purchase. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

20 days later my shirts have not arrived, Terrible customer service and terrible process!!!

Website is fairly easy to use, though the app wouldn’t function on its own inside of Shopify, I had to login and use it on Printful’s home page. Tech support is a joke. Margins are crap. If you have issues shipping internationally, they "recommend" that you not sell to international customers.
There are other companies doing this very same thing.
