The best overall print-on-demand company - their user interface for product management, image uploads, order tracking, and range of mockups that are easy to generate is MILES better than their competition.
When I decided to sell products online, Printful was recommended to me. As I researched Shopify, the person told me to use Shopify as my store website in collaboration with Printful, who will fulfill my orders and send them to my customers. Since then, I have been satisfied with Printful. The pros to using Printful is that you can design products with relative ease, they have great customer service, and they provide their customers with reshipments/refunds for damaged/incorrectly produced products. The cons to using Printful is that although they have an extensive product catalogue, some popular products sold elsewhere are not available and that some of Printful's products are more expensive.
Incredibly hard to get setup correctly. The templates make no sense whatsoever, and are near useless.

I am new to the whole online retail business and Printful has been a game changer for me. They have a great selection of customizable products and the process of adding product to my store was simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend using Printful.

The main issue I have is that the products fade on tshirts. Its bad for business

It works great but it is hard to try and find a product with no search button on the app in Shopify.
