-Poor quality print on black tshirt. (white marks around and print gets off)

-hat embroidery is higher than it should

-One week for fulfilment, three weeks to deliver to Europe

-When I got sample they marked the price I would like to sell what resulted in paying 70 euros in import taxes. (200 euro order)

-Barcode stickers on all of the products

-It just doesn't look well, packages from China ...

Poor quality embroidery on overpriced items matched with the shipping speed of the early 2000's is bad enough but when there is a problem Printful doubles doen and provides exceptionally awful customer service. Not selling any products would be more profitable than working with this company. Shopify should be ashamed they allow this company kn the platform.

The end user is at fault for EVERYTHING and Printful cuts corners to earn even more money from any mistake. Obviously, the pandemic has hit every business extra hard, but over the past 6 months, our shop has had numerous orders fulfilled OUT OF ORDER. The worst part is that they were mostly for the same item. One order comes in and doesn't go out for a week and a half, but we would have an order or two (or three) get fulfilled in a couple of days.
